Domain name for your web site

For visitors to be able to access your web site, your hosting account should be assigned a domain name. (You can also have several domain names pointing to the same web site if you desire). You can use any domain name you have already registered. As part of the sign up process, you will be given addresses of the SuppleHost.com name servers where you will redirect your domain to using a domain name registrar's interface. If necessary, you are welcome to request free support from SuppleHost.com.

If you do not have a domain name registered yet, SuppleHost.com is ready to help. We will do all the domain registration tasks for you. Moreover, we will pay all registration fees thus, your domain name will be absolutely FREE! Just choose which domain name you want and with which extension and we will register it on your behalf if it is available - .COM, .NET, .ORG, .BIZ, .INFO available!

Q: Is any SuppleHost hosting account eligible for the FREE Domain Name offer?

A: Single-Domain hosting accounts are eligible. Minor restrictions are listed below.

FREE Domain Name offer is not available for Multi-Domain hosting accounts.

Q: Are there restrictions for the FREE Domain Name offer?

A: Just a couple of minor restrictions apply:
1. You are required to pre-pay for at least 3 months of hosting service.
2. You should request the FREE Domain Name for your account at the same time you order your SuppleHost.com hosting account. If a FREE Domain Name is not requested within 3 days, your hosting account becomes ineligible for the FREE Domain Name offer. You'll still be able to get your domain name on a paid basis.
3. If you request money back, $15 domain name registration fee will be withheld. You can then have your domain name transferred to you.

Note: ICANN regulations prohibit changing the domain name registrar for 2 months after the creation of the domain name. If you would ever happen to be affected by that ICANN rule, SuppleHost.com will transfer the domain name to you at the beginning of the 3rd month of registration. Alternatively, if you have an account at the same registrar that SuppleHost.com used to register your domain, then tranferring your domain name to you can be done immediately.

Q: Will SuppleHost register several domain names for FREE for the same hosting account?

A: No, only one FREE Domain Name allowed per hosting account. If you open several hosting accounts, each one can have a different FREE Domain Name.

Q: Will SuppleHost ever charge me domain name registration fees while I'm SuppleHost.com customer?

A: No, as long as you continue to use SuppleHost.com services to host your web site, you will not be charged domain name registration fees. You can even upgrade or downgrade the hosting plan if necessary, while staying eligible for the FREE Domain Name offer.

Q: What will happen with my domain name if I cancel SuppleHost.com hosting account?

A:
1. If you want to keep your domain name after cancelling your SuppleHost.com services, we will charge you a low fee of $15/year for PAST registration years (for the factual time period your domain name was registered for). After that, you take full responsibility to perform FUTURE fees directly to a specified domain name registrar.
2. If you no longer need your domain name, you will not be billed for the domain name registration at all.
